About Us

Tim is a screening industry veteran. His vast experience has been gained throughout most every aspect of the background screening and investigative fields. He has performed employment screening/background checks and general investigative work for professional sports leagues and teams, Fortune 500 companies and a myriad of small and large companies.

Mr. Kiley is a member of the:

  • National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS)
  • Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)
  • ​Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE)
  • National Law Enforcement Associates (NLEA)
  • Association of the United States Army (AUSA)

as well as many other organizations.

An active community member of his Long Island, New York hometown, where he resides with his wife and three daughters, Tim is a volunteer and coaches several youth sports teams. He is also proud to be a member of The Advanced Guard of the Wounded Warriors Project.
